review : Sylvie Audet is absolutely wonderful-- she is very knowledgeable about Aix and the environs, speaks perfect English (and French), and is very sensitive to clients' desires. Our family recommend her wholeheartedly.
When we moved to France mid-pandemic in 2020, Sylvie helped us navigate the many aspects of moving to Aix from abroad at that time. She further advised us when buying a house a year later. Now four years have passed and we have repeatedly recommended her to anyone looking for help in and around Aix-en-Provence.
Now we are loving and her colleague Steffi Zanca represents the family who are renting from us. Steffi has been nothing but utterly professional and kind, responding quickly with any inquiries. I cannot recommend them enough!

review : I don't know what we would have done without Sylvie. Relocating to France from Denmark can be quite an exercise, so it has been good to have Sylvie on our team. She has helped us with everything - finding the house, reading contracts, insurance, water, and electricity. In addition to being very professional, Sylvie is a very pleasant person whom we will gladly recommend contacting if you need to establish yourself in Aix en Provance.

review : Nous avons été mis en contact avec Steffi car étant à distance, la recherche de notre future maison était une vraie galère et nous commencions à désespérer…. Une fois nos critères communiqués à Steffi, elle s’est mise au travail directement et nous a trouvé une superbe maison « off market » répondant à tous nos souhaits en moins de 48h grâce à un de ses contacts !! Elle a ensuite réalisé la visite pour nous avec des vidéos très détaillées afin que nous puissions nous rendre compte au mieux même en étant loin.
Enfin, Steffi a facilité tous les échanges entre l’agence immo, les propriétaires et nous-meme.
Professionnelle, fiable et toujours disponible pour nous répondre, nous ne pouvons que recommander les services de Steffi. Merci encore !
