review : I cannot speak more highly of Steffi's help in our relocation from Austin, TX to Aix-en-Provence!! She is not only professional in her work and extremely proficient at what she does, but she was also a very calm and warm presence for us as we made a big move across the world. She not only found us the perfect apartment that met all of our criteria but also helped with all the small details of the move (setting up a bank account, setting up electricity / wifi). If you are moving to the Aix / Marseille area, I am sure there is no one better to help you find the perfect new home and get settled in!

review : Steffi nous a accompagné de manière extrêmement professionnelle pour notre séjour à Aix en provenance de Montréal. Très efficace et à l'écoute, elle nous a déniché un logement à la hauteur de nos attentes en quelques semaines. C'était vraiment une expérience agréable de discuter avec elle, ses propositions de logement étaient toujours justes et honnêtes, tout cela dans une réactivité éclaire. Je n'hésiterais pas une seconde à réutiliser leurs services. L'accompagnement offert par Steffi de la prise de contact jusqu'à notre arrivée au logement s'est déroulé avec beaucoup d'attention et un communication fluide. Merci pour tout, et bravo.

review : Steffi m'a été d'une grand aide pour ma recherche d'appartement sur Aix-en-Provence, car étant une ville en zone tendue il est très difficile d'y arriver seule, faire les recherches, les visites, d'autant que suite à ma séparation, il y avait une deadline d'1 mois à tenir. Elle l'a fait avec brio, après une poignée de visites, elle a trouvé le bien qui me correspond et dans lequel je peux repartir sur de bonnes bases. Depuis elle prend régulièrement des nouvelles ce qui est très appréciable. Merci encore Steffi pour votre professionnalisme.

review : Nous avons déménagés cet été depuis l'allemagne sur Aix-en-provence. De langue maternelle française, je pensais arriver seul à trouver un logement. C'était une erreur : non seulement les agents chargés de la location dans les grandes enseignes sont généralement inexpérimentés mais en plus ces sou-disant "grandes enseignes" (citya, Guy Hoquet) ne savent pas gérer les salaires "étrangers". Heureusement nous avons contacté Sylvie qui a été d'une efficacité incroyable et a su trouver les produits qui nous correspondaient.
Sans elle, nous ne serions pas aujourd'hui dans un logement qui nous plait.
On ne peut que recommander son aide !

review : We moved from Spain to France and we are so thankful to Sylvie!!! She always stayed motivated and positive even though the rental market in and around Aix was just a nightmare. She dedicated so much time and efforts to support us and we finally found a matching house for our family. She is super efficient and perfectly organized and we did not have to bother about how to get the water and electricity activated in the new house because Sylvie took care of all the registrations. She accompanied me on the moving-in day to assist me with the EDLE (état des lieux d'entrée) and moderated the not-so-easy communication with the landlord. I don't know what I would have done without her and I highly recommend her relocation service! :)
